Who We Are

In 1998, Lawrence Stitts, a graduate of the University of Missouri founded Bevlar & Associates, Inc. as a Compliance Monitoring firm.

Since its inception, Bevlar has grown into a dynamic leader in the areas of Minority/Women Business Enterprise Development, EEO Program Administration, Contract Compliance and Monitoring, Document Management, Construction Program Management, Business Consulting, M/WBE Certification, Community Relations and Outreach.

For almost two decades, it has been our pleasure to assist a variety of Owners, Developers, Businesses, and Communities in improving the economic viability of the citizens of Buffalo and Western New York.
